Vfresh Life - Refund Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Change of mind after purchase

How to claim:
Email us at info@vfreshlife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We respond within 24 hours.

Refund process:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method — UPI, card, or bank account.

Replacement option:
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will ship the correct/undamaged product at no extra cost.

Important note for Wellness+ products:
Gluta Vita C & E and Vita C & Zinc are health supplements. Returns are accepted only for physical damage or manufacturing defects — not for personal taste preference.
